The busy resort of Ingoldmells is within walking distance. Skegness and many other local resorts and places of interest are only a short drive away. The site provides two fishing lakes. These are very popular and the fishing pits are let out on a daily basis.

The fishing lakes have an abundance of Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd. Permits are purchased daily or a seasonal permits are available for patrons. Fishing rules are printed on permits and signage at the office. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult whilst at the lakes.
