The ABI Ambleside is packed full of modern features that combine with the size of the holiday home to provide a luxurious home-from-home. The large living space has two luxury free-standing sofas, set around a TV stand and fireplace, ideal for relaxing on an evening watching the TV, with space for your freeview, DVD player etc on the stand too. 

The open-plan kitchen-diner has a table between the sofas and kitchen worktop, with plenty of entertaining space for having family and friends over. The L-shaped kitchen is set on one side of the room complete with gas cooker, oven and overhead extractor fan. There is additional worktop space, integrated fridge-freezer, sink and integrated microwave on the opposite side. Throughout the living space, you will find high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, which add an extra touch of class.

The main bedroom is large, featuring a kingsize bed a dressing table with stool. It also boasts a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, shower, toilet and wash basin to the back of the holiday home. The twin room has overhead storage and a wardrobe, ideal for storing away those extra holiday clothes.

The family bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin and is modern, fresh and neutral.

Sited on Belvedere Lakes close to all that Skegness and surrounding areas have to offer, on a lakeside plot. Ground rent £2450 per year.
