The lounge area has two fabric sofas, one seating three and the other for two. They are set around a corner TV stand with shelving for your DVD and Freeview boxes and a modern electric fireplace. The large windows to the front also ensure lots of natural light fills the living spaces.

The front opening doors would open nicely on to an L-shaped decking (not included) and allow you to enjoy spending time out in the summer sun and enjoy extra freedom from this extended living space.

A fold out bed from one of the sofas gives extra living space should you want to have additional family or friends over to stay with you.

Moving in to the kitchen, there are cream doors and drawers which contrast nicely with the dark wood style units and black worktops. The worktops run along 3 sides of the U-shaped kitchen and are raised on one side which provides a breakfast bar style on that one side. There is an integrated microwave above the worktop and there is ample space for kitchen storage. On the other side of the kitchen there is an integrated fridge-freezer too.

Set just off the kitchen is the circular, free-standing dining table and chairs. With seating for 4 you can all get together around the table and enjoy a family meal together, which can prove difficult on a day-to-day basis, but while you are away on holiday you can enjoy more time together just like this.

In the main bedroom you have the bonus of an en-suite WC and wash basin which adds  little privacy for the main bedroom users. There is a modern headboard and shelving above, cupboards and a tall wardrobe to the side of the bed, plus a double wardrobe and dressing table too. Ideal for getting ready for a night in the on-park bar or going out for an evening meal.

The twin bedroom has shelving and cupboards above the beds with headboards to match the main room. There is also a tall wardrobe to the end of one of the beds too.

The main shower room is modern in style with a sink set on a vanity unit with mirror above and ample space for towels and toiletries too. The large shower cubicle has a sliding door, plus there is a WC here too.

Sited on cherry Lea park in Skegness. Peaceful and quiet and just 5 minutes to Skegness town centre. Just a few feet away from a stunning fishing lake.
