Upon entering through the side door, you'll find a utility room, complete with a washing machine and a gas boiler, this is closed off from the main living area and has vinyl flooring, ideal for removing muddy shoes after a walk in the countryside, or for cleaning muddy paws! The lodge is equipped with full central heating and residential specification BS3632 to ensure cozy warmth during the winter months.

The front lounge area offers a remarkable sense of spaciousness, featuring two large settees positioned to face the room's focal point: a fireplace and a TV cabinet. Adding to the comfort, there's even an elegant-looking footstool, and the ceiling incorporates integrated LED lighting. Natural light streams into the room through two windows, one on each side of the fireplace.

The other half of the lounge is dedicated to the dining area, accommodating up to six. There is a beautiful modern light fixture over the dining table. Opposite the dining area, you'll find a compact bookshelf and cupboard unit.

Moving from the dining area, the Swift Edmonton's kitchen is designed in an L-shape, offering ample cupboard storage and a spacious worktop. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, an oven/hob with an extractor hood, as well as a fridge and a separate freezer.
