Suitable for all-season getaways, Edmonton offers an excellent thermal performance with improved floor and wall insulations, including Thermaglas uPVC double glazed windows and doors and lagged underfloor pipes. There’s also a 30kW gas combi-boiler central heating and hot water system ensuring that everyone keeps cosy, exceeding the BS3632:2015 residential specification for added assurance.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is filled with natural light through the front aspect French doors and large front feature windows. The lounge is furnished with a freestanding two-seater and three-seater sofa, with a stylish Reo fireplace and separate freestanding TV unit (Coastal) or a dedicated media unit with fixed TV over a Calido fireplace (Scandinavian). There’s also a freestanding stylish dining table and chairs with feature lighting above – ideal for entertaining.

The standout centerpiece in the large L shaped kitchen is a domestic-style built-in island, fitted with a breakfast bar and two stools. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including an integrated fridge and freezer, a glass fronted electric Thetford oven and grill, combined with under cabinet feature lighting and stylish worktops, making the kitchen a dream to cook in.

The Edmonton understands the importance of a good night’s rest. The master bedroom presents a king-size bed with Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho orthopaedic mattress, topped with the finest wool for comfort, durability and enhanced support, plus lift-up storage underneath. The two and three bedroom layout presents a walkthrough dressing area leading to an ensuite with large wardrobes and a full length mirror in the master, whilst in the four bedroom layout, you'll find large double wardrobes, a dressing table equipped with a stool, drawers, and shelving as well as a secondary double bedroom.
