Now built with the brand new Green Standard by Willerby, not only is it more eco friendly than before, it is more economical, it could save you up to 25% on your utility bills.  This particular model is Residential Specifiction BS3632, and the Barnwood Canexel Cladding, with Graphite UPVC, make it truly striking to look at!

The Dorchester has an instant appeal of grandeur and elegance. Style points which create that impression include sofas with buttoned and studded rolled armrests, the use of tartan-inspired accent material on the lage footstool and throw cushions, plus curtains in an almost brocade fabric with a traditional pattern of ornate leaves and flowers on a cream background. It offers a country theme to its styling, emphasised by the log burner-effect, cottage-style stove. The lounge front wall is entirely glazed and has two wide opening doors in the centre.

The kitchen is a room of two halves, which is a lovely touch. In the centre, is a traditional-style table with sculptured legs and roll back, buttoned chairs. On one side is dishwasher, washing machine and deep sink, made of quartz and resin, Its high quality is obvious. The cooking sector is opposite; a five-burner hob with grill and oven beneath, and a microwave set into a suite of cabinets that runs around the corner forming an L-shape. In the corner of the L-shape is a walk-in, pantry style cabinet with five shelves – and something really important in a holiday home: a tall space ideal for a vacuum cleaner and your mop and bucket! 

The master bedroom is nothing short of awesome; something you'd be happy to find in one of the best 5* hotels! The king-size bed sits in the centre of the room flanked by two doors. One leads into a walk-in wardrobe-dressing room with two hanging areas, a mirror and plenty of shelving. The other leads to an en suite bathroom, with an over-bath shower. Bliss!

The twin room also is a fantastic size, offering full size single beds, and large wardrobe.

The shower room has a W.C, vanity unit with basin, full-height chrome towel warmer and the shower has rock-effect panelling.
